Observation

Child was served eggs. As far as staff are aware, he did not consume them because they were quickly removed. An Individual Care Plan was not created for the child although the parent disclosed he was allergic to eggs on his enrollment record. Staff who served child had not been trained on child's Individual Care Plan.
